Responsible for studying the business office process, making recommendations for efficiencies, implementing changes, and measuring effectiveness.


  • Review, research, analyze, and evaluate all data relating to business office processes.
  • Provide analytical, problem solving expertise
  • Analyze business workflow and system needs
  • Conduct analysis to identify root cause
  • Use Six Sigma methods to study processes, make changes, introduce standards, and benchmarks for business office functions.
  • Prepares high level user documentation and training materials as needed.

  • Experience in project management, process improvement or operations.

  • Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within an automated systems as well as a variety of software packages such as Outlook, Excel and Word.  


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Math or related field from an accredited college or university or the international equivalent preferred.


         Certification & Licensure:

  • Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt
