The Triage Customer Service Supervisor is a profession customer service oriented supervisor who provides direction to the Triage staff in order to enable the ultimate level of service delivery to patients and families during alternate business hours. The triage customer service supervisor is responsible for providing the clinical oversight in the call center environment.

  • Knowledge of hospice care and services
  • Demonstration of prior customer service skill in call center or hospice environment.
  • Knowledge of management principles and techniques.


  • Nursing license in state of employment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in nursing or equivalent experience.
