    The Staffing Supervisor’s job is to support the development and organization of the resource program, which supports the work of the patient care teams.

    • Ensure that the resource program is able to fill shifts requested
    • Assist with hiring, and training, or resource staff and staffing coordinators
    • Obtain request for resource staff from the teams on a daily and as needed basis
    • Maintain a list of resource staff available for the teams on a daily and as needed basis
    • Assign resource staff to requested team(s) and patient(s)
    • Instruct resource staff in use of technology and documentation related to their job
    • Complete and validate payroll for resource staff
    • Schedule and document orientation for resource staff according to company guidelines
    • Report to Telecare status of all resource staff assigned and any needs to be filled
    • Participate in on-call resource needs
    • Ensure that resource staff is informed of program events, policy updates, role expectations, and Human Resource requirements
    • Supervises work of Staffing Coordinators
    • Participate in quality management and outcome measures

    • 2 years staffing or management experience preferred
    • Excellent communication/people skills
    • Ability to speak effectively to groups
    • Able to handle multiple tasks.
    • Computer literate
    • Typing Skills
    • Organized, Self-Starter
    • Team Player
